Common changes include increased abdominal size, back pain, frequent urination, breathlessness, and Braxton Hicks contractions (mild practice contractions).
Preparing for Birth

- Take recommended vaccinations if advised
- Learn about signs of labor and hospital admission procedures
Packing for Hospital
Prepare your hospital bag in advance, including:
- Comfortable clothing and essentials for mother
- Baby clothes, diapers, and blankets
- Medical records and identification documents
