Consult a Doctor from the Comfort of Your Home
Our telemedicine services are designed for patients who may prefer remote consultations for convenience, accessibility, or follow-up care. Consultations are conducted securely via WhatsApp and follow the same structured approach as our offline consultations.
Each telemedicine consultation is priced at ₹1000 and includes up to 10 minutes of dedicated consultation time with your doctor. Every consultation also includes one complimentary follow-up session within five days at no additional charge.
How to Book a Telemedicine Consultation
Booking a telemedicine consultation is simple:
- Schedule your appointment through our regular appointment process.
- Please specify telemedicine under the section “Form of consultation”. See screenshot below for reference.
- Our team will review the request and reach out to you based on doctor availability.
Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive communication regarding the consultation timing and process.
Preparing for Your Consultation
To ensure a smooth and effective consultation experience, patients are requested to:
- Share relevant medical history and previous reports in advance
- Keep prescriptions, scan reports, and laboratory results ready
- Join the consultation on time
The consultation process remains similar to an in-person visit, allowing the doctor to review your medical concerns thoroughly before providing recommendations or treatment guidance.
Laboratory Tests and Evaluations
Certain medical conditions may require diagnostic tests or physical evaluations. In such cases:
- Tests may be conducted at Kings Hospital premises, or
- Patients may complete tests at a nearby diagnostic laboratory
Reports can then be shared digitally with the doctor for review and evaluation.
Please note that some conditions may still require an in-person assessment depending on medical necessity.
Important Guidelines for Telemedicine Consultations
To ensure efficient and professional medical care, patients are requested to note the following:
- Telemedicine consultations are conducted via WhatsApp only after appointment confirmation
- Patients must be available and punctual at the scheduled consultation time
- Emergency patients and admitted hospital patients may take precedence over telemedicine schedules
- Messaging or chatting outside the scope of medical consultation is not permitted
- Doctors will address medical concerns during the scheduled call and may communicate relevant updates regarding reports afterward
- By opting for telemedicine services, patients agree to our privacy policy and consultation terms
